Small coloured glass spoon is handmade from recycled laboratory-grade borosilicate bubble tea straws — a playful and responsible way to reuse high-quality materials. Slightly defective straws that would otherwise go to waste are transformed by a local glassblower into elegant, functional spoons. One end of the straw is blown into a soft glass bubble, then cut in half to create two spoons. The edges are flame-polished, and each spoon is laser-engraved with Maarten Baptist. Available in limited colour batches, depending on what straws can be reused: – Milky pink, milky purple, milky mint, milky white – Transparent pink, transparent purple, smoky grey/black, and clear crystal glass Once a colour is sold out, it will only be restocked when new straws in that colour are available — making every release truly limited and unique.
